Returns & Refunds
Thank you for shopping with Vita Derma. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
Returns window. You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility. To be eligible, items must be:
- Unused, unopened and in their original, sealed packaging;
- In the same condition you received them;
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
Hygiene & cosmetics. For health and hygiene reasons, opened or used skincare, cosmetics, and personal-care products cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Non-returnable items. Gift cards, promotional/free items, and any product marked "final sale" are not eligible for return.
Damaged, defective or wrong items. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@vita-derma.com with your order number and photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
How to start a return. Email info@vita-derma.com with your order number and reason for return. We will confirm whether your item qualifies and provide return instructions. Please do not send items back before receiving confirmation.
Return shipping. Unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Refunds. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7–14 business days. Processing times by your bank or card provider may vary.
Exchanges. We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. To exchange for the same item, email info@vita-derma.com.
