These Terms govern your use of https://vita-derma.com and any purchase, enquiry, or engagement with Vita Derma Company for Wholesale of Pharmaceutical Goods, Medical Devices, Cosmetics and Perfumes ("Vita Derma"). By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. About us. Vita Derma is a beauty innovation company based in Kuwait, offering European beauty brands, manufacturing and product development, beauty business consulting, and hospitality amenities.

2. Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to use this website or place an order.

3. Products & accuracy. We work to display our products, services, and pricing accurately. Colours, packaging, and product details may vary slightly. We reserve the right to correct errors and to change or discontinue products at any time.

4. Orders & pricing. All prices are listed in KWD and are subject to change. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including where an error in price or description has occurred.

5. Payment. Payment is processed through secure third-party providers. By placing an order you confirm you are authorised to use the chosen payment method.

6. Manufacturing, private label & consulting services. Quotes, timelines, minimum order quantities (from 1,000 pcs), formulations, samples, and project deliverables are governed by the specific written agreement or quotation provided for your project. Custom formulas and related intellectual property are handled as set out in that agreement.

7. Intellectual property. All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and brand names (including PHYT'S, used under partnership) — is the property of Vita Derma or its partners and may not be used without written permission.

8. Acceptable use. You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, or use our content unlawfully.

9. Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vita Derma is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our website, products, or services. Always patch-test cosmetic products and discontinue use if irritation occurs.

10. Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kuwait.
